This free program provides personalized support tailored to each participant’s strengths, goals, and abilities. Our team works closely with job seekers to build confidence, develop workplace skills, and connect with inclusive employers in the community.
Program supports include
- Resume and cover letter development
- Job search and application assistance
- Interview preparation and coaching
- Workplace readiness training
- Training workshops and skill-building sessions
- Employer matching and ongoing job support
Each year, dozens of participants successfully transition toward steady, long-term employment. The program focuses not only on finding a job, but on building independence, stability, and sustainable career pathways.
